Retail access comes through buyer relationships, a retail-ready proposition and day-to-day channel management. RetailConnect provides all three: we secure placements through established relationships, integrate your product data and inventory, and manage your accounts — so your brand reaches shelf without building a retail operation of its own.

RetailConnect uses a transparent, per-channel model: a one-time channel setup fee, a monthly management fee plus a 5% commission on sales, and per-channel expansion fees as you grow. There’s no listing, no fee — and a brand- and channel-specific projection is shared at the retail readiness stage.

RetailConnect works across multi-channel partners and e-commerce pure-plays — from Boots, Sephora, Selfridges and Harvey Nichols to LookFantastic, Cult Beauty and THG. The network shown is representative; the right channels for your brand are confirmed during the retail readiness assessment.

It means our commercial model is aligned with your success. Our commission is earned on sales, so we’re incentivised to secure the right placements and drive sell-through — not simply to charge for activity. Setup and management fees cover the operational work of running your channels.
